The Landgrab Treaty)
Purpose:
It is so stated that those who place signature and validation
within the following treaty that it is in the best interest
of said signers to work in the spirit of cooperation and unity
during the upcoming Landgrab Event, and possibly in times after.
Therefore, the mandate of the following Treaty is to establish
its members, the rules of conduct between signing Societies,
the "regulatory measures" to be taken in case of infringement
of the treaty, and finally to lay the groundwork for actions
to come considering signing Societies.
Article
I
Membership Regulations:
I
propose that, to preserve the strength of the collective Societies
as a whole and the Treaty itself the following regulations should
be required for signature to the Treaty:
a.)
Societies must have a stable membership, i.e. Members who are
on a decent amount of time and can be present during important
matters.
b.)
Societies must have members attending the LG
(provisions)
i.) Any Soc. with members near the skill requirement, who are
expected to reach the requirements in time may sign.
ii.) Any Soc. who will have members ready for the next LG in
6 months may have Temporary Membership until at least provision
i.) is met.
c.)
Societies must have a "self-sufficient" fiscal status,
i.e. the Society must not weigh down the other Treaty Members
economically in any fashion.
(provisions)
i.) Members are however, encouraged to offer each other favorable
business
transactions and temporary loans at personal levels at the members
discretion.
d.)
All of the above are tentative, and under the assumption that
signing members will continue peaceful nature and relations
after the Landgrab and until the next one in 6 months. This
may or may NOT be the case after the parties involved decide
the final draft.
Article II

This
is one of the major points upon which this Treaty is formed.

actions against another signed society or its members for the

After the 20 hours have past, AND all members have confirmed
they have aquired a piece of land, the Treaty regulations will
temporarily terminate for the duration of the LG and inter-society
treaties will be in effect.
i.) Societies confirming they have NOT gained a piece of land,
will NOT be attacked until they confirm ownership of a piece
of land.
ii.) provision i.) is terminated at the end of 30 hours to prevent
abuse.
c.)
Soc. who have not signed this treaty will be considered NEUTRAL
and will be treated in a manner in accordance with their actions.
Hostility will only be labeled when the associated actions are
proformed.
i.) Pking is considered Hostile
ii.) Ksing is considered Hostile
iii.) Bad Mouthing above and beyond the spirit of the event
in considered Hostile (naturally people will trash-talk for
fun, thats natural, but this means really nasty wording
and obvious intention to cause harm or discomfort.)

Article III
Volunteer Mutual Defense
a.)
In the event of random "hostile elements, i.e. Pkers/Dangerous
Mobs" Allied Societies may REQUEST assistance from Society

be considered a violation of Article I, Section C.) and rights

of the LG. In addition, depending on the seriousness of the
event, "regulatory measures" may be taken by the other

Article

Regulatory Measures
a.)

in combat with other members, their membership is thus terminated
immediately and is considered "hostile"
